Using the Services

Payment and Tokens

Signing up for a Resumo account is free. We use a token-based system for accessing certain premium features. Tokens can be purchased using common payment methods. Payment is processed immediately, and legitimate token purchases are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Cancellation and Termination

You can easily delete your account within our Services. Personal data is mostly deleted immediately; however, we retain the right to keep transactional data for auditing, security, and similar purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, for reasons of inactivity, security concerns, or other causes we deem necessary.

Privacy and Security

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect and use your information and protects your privacy when you use our Services and Website. We take measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security. We utilize industry-standard services like Google GCP, hCaptcha, Stripe, Cloudflare, and others to help manage and safeguard your data, and our use of these services is subject to appropriate confidentiality and data security obligations.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content in your resumes. However, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, right to access, use and process content as necessary to operate the services, provide features, and as required by applicable law or enforceable government request.

You are responsible for abiding by copyright laws when creating your resumes.

Resumo's design, code, and intellectual property belong to us. You may not duplicate or reproduce it without express written permission.

AI Use

Resumo utilizes artificial intelligence to provide the Services. By using Resumo, you acknowledge and agree that Resumo is not responsible for any inaccuracies or errors in the output. Resumo is not responsible for any output that you may find harmful, offensive, or inappropriate. You will not input Protected Information into our Services

No Warranty and Limitation of Liability

RESUMO MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY ABOUT THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY REPRESENTATION THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. RESUMO AND ITS SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. RESUMO DOES NOT OFFER GUARANTEES OF SPECIFIC RESULTS OR OUTCOMES FROM USE OF OUR SERVICES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESUMO IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, REVENUES OR DATA, DEPLETION OF GOODWILL, OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS, REGARDLESS OF THE BASIS OR TYPE OF CLAIM AND EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Services and Website are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Entire Agreement
